Fun with Kool-Aid
I've been having a good time hand dying plain Briggs & Little worsted and sport weight yarn with Kool-Aid. The secret is my triangular glass bowl - this allows for the addition of lots of colours without them running all over each other.
Left: Strawberry and Grape (as well as some other colour I thougth was going to be blue, but ended up being more purple)
Right: No-name brand Lime, Ice Berry, Switchin' Secret
There is approx. 200 m of the worsted weight, 400 m of the sport - I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them yet but they just might end up as socks. I have a "Magic Loop" method booklet and a set of Addi Turbo 3.75 mm circs (80 cm) to work some socks up on; I'm very curious to try this method of circular knitting as I hate dpns.

Hey, I was wondering if we could switch blog names. My address is www.knitterlyme.blogspot.com and I see yours is actually called "Knitterly Me", whereas mine is just "knitterly". I would trade if you like. Let me know. Check out www.knitterlyme.blogspot.com.
